Performing part time duties as a multimedia consultant for a video development company, I put together a digital example of a brochure for a healthcare organization to promote its new online services. Take a look at the solution I provided that would present on the web and save the company in printing costs using ActionScripting in Flash!
The paper brochure was roughly scanned and cut together into a movie. With added effects from Adobe Premiere it provides interactivity and will link to the service provider for online assistance and new client signup. This would include authoring DVD discs on the iMac, developing promotional materials used at technical shows and in shopping malls for delivery to a kiosk using touch-screen technology. The main attributes I can offer are stability, great people skills and above all, dependability. Here’s a brief historic snap shot of my business experiences.
I studied lithography at Fullerton College and worked in several printing shops. I was trained to do camera work, plate preparation and general tasks within the collating department. From there I moved on to screen-printing computer circuit boards, audio control panels and tee shirts.
Just out of college I was offered work as the lead artist for an outdoor advertising firm in Santa Ana, California. Following that I hired on at McDonnell Douglas (Boeing) as a technical illustrator, where I remained for over ten years.Big Move to the North Coast!
In 1990 I moved my family to Santa Rosa and since then I have worked as a freelance artist and computer graphics specialist. I am well versed in all Adobe software and work on either Mac or PC.
For the last several years I have been contracted to support the development of web applications and multimedia presentations. I have professional website sales experience & thorough understanding of advanced computer hardware and software troubleshooting issues.
